Product Manager, Investment Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal teams to pinpoint, prioritize, and implement enhancements across various domains including Trading, Billing, Cash Management, Client Reporting, Investment Proposal, and Operational quality and scale.

• Work alongside a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders to define, document, and execute product strategies and roadmaps.

• Lead cross-departmental initiatives, including but not limited to the launch of new investment products, aimed at enhancing user experience for both internal teams and clients.

• Provide support for escalated issues from the Product Support team, ensuring prompt resolution and effective communication.

• Champion change management and the adoption of new features and processes across platforms and teams.

• Evaluate and articulate priorities based on business impact and strategic alignment.

• Function with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.

• Engage in continuous learning and adapt to the changing business needs and technological landscapes.

• Document and enhance business processes, workflows, and reporting outputs.

• Oversee a portfolio of integration and enhancement activities from planning through to execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in Product, Technology, Operations, or Business Administration.

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, Technology, or Operations.

• Proven capability to learn quickly and troubleshoot issues independently.

• Strong collaborative skills with a variety of stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in operating across both strategic and tactical levels.

• Experience in the financial services sector or investment platforms is advantageous.

• Familiarity with portfolio management systems, client reporting tools, and billing platforms is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
