Product Manager Internship

Posted Jun 20

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Core Product Ownership: Immerse yourself in the essential aspects of our hosting product — the processes and features that enhance revenue, retention, and daily operations for fitness professionals. You will assess areas for improvement, identify issues, and take charge of advancing enhancements from conception to implementation.

• Product Strategy & Analytics Projects: Assume responsibility for specific research and strategy initiatives, which include defining and managing analytics for newly launched features as well as overseeing competitive analysis for features adjacent to growth.

• Backlog Triage & Prioritization Support: Assist in organizing a complex backlog and develop a prioritization framework for bugs affecting revenue-generating and operations-critical workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA, master's, or another graduate program — or a strong undergraduate candidate with relevant experience.

• Prior experience in product management, engineering, or a role within a fast-paced startup is strongly preferred.

• Strong product instincts: you naturally consider users, workflows, and edge cases.

• Data fluency — comfortable interpreting analytics dashboards, writing basic SQL, or at the very least, knowing the right questions to ask and how to obtain answers.

• Exceptional written communication: your specifications, tickets, and asynchronous updates are clear and concise without unnecessary elaboration.

• Comfort with ambiguity — while context and direction will be provided, you will need to independently drive your workstreams.

• High ownership mindset: you follow through, identify blockers early, and treat your deliverables as if they are destined for production.

• Bonus: experience with B2B SaaS, marketplace, or fitness/wellness sectors.

• Bonus: familiarity with Linear, Notion, Amplitude, or similar product management tools.

🏝️ Benefits

• Real ownership: You will manage workstreams from beginning to end and witness your contributions directly influence what the team delivers — not just receive busy work.

• Proximity to the product: You will collaborate closely with a Senior PM, integrate with the engineering and design teams, and be part of the discussions (or Slack threads) where product decisions are made.

• AI-native environment: AI is not an afterthought here — it is central to our development process. You will utilize AI tools daily to accelerate progress and will have a front-row seat (and a voice) in how AI features are conceived and prioritized in a live marketplace.

• Path to full-time: High achievers will be considered for full-time positions at the end of the summer.

• Fast-moving and high-signal: Experience short feedback loops, real stakes, and a team that values your insights. The pace is fast, but so is the potential for growth.
