📋 Description

• Take charge of the product strategy and roadmap for Heidi’s intelligence offerings, establishing clear objectives and being accountable for their achievement.

• Create intelligent experiences that assist clinicians and health systems in deriving deeper insights from their clinical data.

• Manage reporting, analytics, and insight features that enhance the value of Heidi the longer a customer utilizes it.

• Define and launch AI-driven features that convert clinical data into proactive insights and decision-making tools.

• Align a profound understanding of customer needs with business objectives to deliver products that enhance retention and growth.

• Prioritize new intelligence capabilities, data quality, and the infrastructure that supports them.

• Collaborate with AI and product teams to ensure intelligence products remain ahead of the capabilities of the underlying models.

• Work with engineering on technical architecture decisions.

• Identify patterns that different teams are addressing independently and consolidate those efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS in a technical or analytical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or related fields).

• Over 4 years of experience in product, infrastructure, or technical roles, though we value what you’ve created more than the duration of your experience.

• A passion for software and a belief that exceptional design can enhance someone's daily experience.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage meaningfully with engineers and present infrastructure trade-offs to leadership with credibility.

• A genuine curiosity about the challenges that arise when software transitions from development to large-scale production.

• Experience with data products or platforms (such as metrics layers, data APIs, semantic modeling) is a significant advantage, although the right candidate can pick up the domain quickly.

• Proficient in using AI tools (like Cursor, Claude Code, or other rapid development solutions) and can demonstrate your creations using them.

• Familiarity with fundamental LLM concepts and systems (such as prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation) and the ability to translate these into reliable, user-friendly products.

• A tendency to build rather than request.

• Strong opinions that are adaptable; you will influence the conversation when your insights are valid.

• Data fluency with a keen analytical mindset; you can interpret usage data and differentiate between product issues, data quality concerns, and customer-specific challenges.

🏝️ Benefits

• Generous annual development budget of $500.

• Significant equity opportunities.
