Product Manager – Integrations, WEX FSM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic guidance for our products, including go-to-market strategy, roadmap development, product-market fit evaluation, and competitive positioning.

• Spearhead cross-functional collaboration with user experience designers, engineers, DevOps, and QA team members to define and prioritize requirements, coordinate testing, and drive the design and development of new product features and improvements.

• Lead and oversee substantial transformational projects, showcasing your capability to manage complex initiatives.

• Develop thorough internal training documentation to ensure that Payzer team members, including customer support, are adequately equipped to effectively support our products.

• Collaborate closely with customers to identify their core issues, serving as the voice of the customer within the organization.

• Engage effectively with senior leadership by presenting product strategies, progress, and results, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and gaining their support.

• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior Product Managers and Business Analysts, promoting their growth and development within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management

• Strong technical proficiency; capable of having credible discussions regarding API design and architecture

• Proven success in building external, partner-facing integrations

• Accounting experience is a plus

• SaaS experience is preferred
