Product Manager, Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish the integration ecosystem strategy for North, including roadmap, catalog priorities, and partner approach, all aligned with customer demand and revenue goals.

• Oversee all aspects of North's integrations, collaborating with strategic clients to create transformative, integration-driven workflows.

• Identify and develop generic, platform-level capabilities (such as connector framework, authentication and identity, tool utilization, data synchronization, and permissioning) where they currently do not exist, working alongside the core-experience team on collaborative efforts.

• Work in conjunction with forward-deployed engineering teams to determine how to advance integration efforts into reusable products, including scoping, sequencing, and development.

• Create the developer and partner experience (including APIs, SDKs, plugin model, and documentation) and implement analytics to monitor adoption, setup time, and retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management focusing on platform/API, integrations, or developer/ecosystem products.

• Proven history of launching integration, connector, or platform products that significantly influence adoption, growth, or retention.

• Direct experience working with high-stakes clients and ecosystem partners.

• Technical proficiency in APIs, authentication, data models, and integration architecture; adept at navigating first-party, partner, and self-service trade-offs.

• Analytical and metrics-driven, with strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, and field/deployment teams.

• Background in AI-first product management.

• Strong inclination towards shipping products and iterating on them.

• Familiarity with several domains such as Agentic AI, LLMs, Automation, Productivity, and Enterprise security and compliance.
