Product Manager, Insurance Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will lead our non-life/P&C insurance products (property, liability, and accident — SHU) alongside your colleagues.

• You will maintain and enhance our current product offerings.

• You will negotiate with insurance carriers regarding both new and existing concepts.

• You will oversee project management associated with product concepts.

• You will serve as the primary contact in your domain and manage stakeholder relationships.

• You will occasionally provide on-site support to our insurance carriers or attend trade shows, as desired.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk, a degree in business administration, a certified insurance specialist, or equivalent experience.

• You have a strong affinity for numbers.

• You bring experience in product development within the insurance industry.

• You excel in communication, can work independently, and enjoy engaging with insurance carriers.

• You are passionate about the digital work environment and can quickly familiarize yourself with various tools.

• You actively contribute and are a true team player.

• You have proficient German language skills at a minimum of C1 level.
