Product Manager, Insight Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Insight Cash roadmap, balancing customer commitments, platform migration, and long-term strategic investments.

• Establish a clear prioritization framework and highlight trade-offs to ensure stakeholders comprehend decision-making processes.

• Convert business objectives and customer requirements into a cohesive product vision that inspires the team.

• Lead ongoing discovery efforts through customer interactions, interviews, field visits, and feedback from Client Solutions and Support.

• Serve as the internal expert on casino cage and cash operations workflows.

• Collaborate with Engineering and QA to define, refine, and implement features, crafting clear requirements and maintaining a robust backlog.

• Oversee release planning in conjunction with Product, Engineering, QA, and Client Solutions.

• Assess where AI capabilities can add significant value to Insight Cash and advocate for AI tools throughout the development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of product management experience, including substantial time at a startup or early-growth stage company with a broad scope and high ownership.

• Proven experience in owning a product from inception to delivery and go-to-market.

• Strong skills in discovery and research, including conducting interviews, synthesis, and translating insights into prioritized decisions.

• Close collaboration with engineering teams, writing precise requirements and navigating trade-offs with clarity and respect.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, applicable from requirements to customer-facing release notes.

• Self-motivated and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

• A genuine interest in AI as both a product capability and a working methodology.
