📋 Description

• The P&C Product Manager III – Product Innovation spearheads product innovation and enhances CSAA’s underwriting, digital experiences, and offerings.

• Identify, assess, and test emerging technologies.

• Lead qualitative and quantitative research, rapid prototyping, and lean experimentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in product management.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related discipline.

• In-depth knowledge of Product functions and customer experience.

• Strong expertise in innovation methodologies, research techniques, and lean experimentation frameworks.

• Ability to utilize AI/ML and analytics in product discovery and delivery.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to simplify complex concepts and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage modern tools to enhance decision-making.
