This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers and subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable business and technical specifications for engineering.

• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria while ensuring effective communication of requirements to the development team.

• Take ownership of the product backlog, making sure it is well-structured, prioritized, and aligned with the product roadmap as well as business goals.

• Continuously refine and adjust priorities based on feedback from customers, business necessities, and technical feasibility.

• Lead a cross-functional Scrum team, comprising developers, designers, and QA engineers, to achieve high-quality releases.

• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the Scrum team to enhance communication and collaboration.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to establish the scope, timelines, and resource requirements for features and enhancements.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Ensure the team follows Agile best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

• Track sprint progress, maintain velocity metrics, and make necessary adjustments to meet sprint goals and deliverables.

• Represent the voice of the customer by using feedback, analytics, and insights to prioritize features that enhance customer value.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies and user adoption.

• Present product updates, plans, and performance metrics to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of product increments that meet quality standards and business objectives.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product initiatives.

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may affect project timelines or deliverables.

• Manage stakeholder expectations while effectively communicating release status updates.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to guide product development.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, digital banking, or SaaS platforms.

• Demonstrated experience managing software development lifecycles within an Agile environment.

• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management, Cash Management, or financial services platforms.

• Experience with a Treasury Management or Cash Management platform provider is advantageous.

• Background in commercial payment products, including ACH, wires, and RTP.

• Familiarity with bulk payments is a plus.

• Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with experience leading Agile teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling the explanation of complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Proficient in product management tools including Jira, Confluence, and ProductBoard.

• Skilled in collaboration tools such as Slack and GSuite.

• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Customer-oriented, dedicated to delivering solutions that surpass client expectations.

• A self-starter with a proactive attitude and the capacity to lead with urgency.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team; adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced business environment.

• Strong problem-solving aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines and objectives.
