This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Partner with business stakeholders on product strategy, prioritization, and backlog enhancement to ensure a consistently updated, prioritized backlog of well-defined features and stories.
• Manage product roadmaps in accordance with delivery team capacity, sprint schedules, and KPIs, and communicate progress effectively with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Agile development teams on defining sprints, prioritizing backlogs, and launching MVPs.
• Assist scrum masters and development leads in pinpointing dependencies, resource constraints, and overcoming development obstacles.
• Involve cross-functional stakeholders, technical architects, and engineering teams to explore the most effective solution options.
• Facilitate iterative implementations to gather stakeholder feedback frequently and early.
• Ensure compliance with governance, standards, and best practices among all team members.
• Promote ongoing enhancement of delivery processes and prioritized projects.
• Comprehend data, privacy, architecture, and information security standards to effectively bridge the gap between business and IT teams.
• Compile quarterly and annual value delivery reports to aid business sponsors in formulating a persuasive investment narrative for products.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in product management or a related area; familiarity with the insurance industry is advantageous.
• Strong skills in relationship building and collaboration across a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Exceptional project management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines concurrently.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities, including experience interpreting data with limited context.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in translating user requirements into technical user stories and making timely prioritization choices.
• Knowledge of Agile software delivery methodologies and various SDLC practices.
• Proven track record in defining and developing products with a customer-centric focus.
