This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Continuously develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Facilitate discovery initiatives by collaborating with users, design, and technical team members to create impactful solutions that provide measurable value to Aya and our clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams to collaboratively transform product concepts into market-ready offerings.
• Deliver high-quality work within established timelines.
• Adapt swiftly to evolving market and business conditions, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders, the delivery team, and leadership.
• Assist the Production Support team in analyzing escalated issues and defects.
• Partner with the Launch Operations team to coordinate new feature releases.
• Monitor and report on essential product KPIs and project success metrics, offering insights for ongoing improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of product management experience with internal or enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical abilities with an emphasis on user insights and metrics.
• Proven understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery techniques and methods.
• Established capability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative manner.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written), along with a proactive and responsive approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence across functions and disciplines effectively.
