Product Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the exploration and development of digital products by identifying opportunities and simplifying complex challenges into scalable solutions;

• Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for projects under your purview, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility;

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and other stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and guarantee impactful deliveries;

• Perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform product decisions;

• Set success metrics, track results, and foster continuous learning and optimization cycles;

• Formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and conduct tests to validate solutions prior to significant investments;

• Convey context, direction, and outcomes to various audiences across the organization;

• Serve as a product management expert within the squad, advocating for best practices in discovery, prioritization, and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Product Manager, overseeing relevant products or digital initiatives;

• Experience in defining and monitoring product and business metrics;

• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams that include Engineering, Design, and Data;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at various levels;

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize demands and manage roadmaps effectively;

• Capability to balance strategic vision with practical execution.
