Product Manager – Identity for AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize the development of features and capabilities necessary for the growth of the Identity for AI product, while influencing and implementing the product strategy for Ping’s Identity for AI solution.

• Collect input from the market, customers, prospects, and partners to gain insights into customer scenarios and technical requirements, discover pain points and unmet needs, and ensure product-market fit for Ping’s Identity for AI solution.

• Provide comprehensive input into the product planning process and prioritize features for communication with engineering teams.

• Create technical requirements and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop, launch, and refine high-quality features that fulfill customer and market demands.

• Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, strategic needs, emerging protocols/frameworks, and competitive pressures to guide product direction.

• Become a subject matter expert in Identity for AI, empowering Ping’s sales and solution engineering teams and aiding in the internal and external understanding and adoption of Ping’s Identity for AI vision and solution.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across product management workflows, including research, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and cross-functional communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in cloud computing within a product management or engineering capacity.

• Strong understanding of identity and access management, zero trust architectures, and identity standards and technologies.

• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and their deployment at scale.

• Experience in creating top-tier product experiences for developers and IT administrators.

• Previous experience in developing products from Zero-to-One, showcasing comfort with nascent, emerging, and fast-paced domains.

• A proven track record of managing product development lifecycles to consistently deliver high-quality releases.

• Comfort in discussing product features and market relevance with end-users, partners, engineers, and analysts.

• Ability to synthesize technical and market information into clear recommendations and roadmaps, and to present and advocate for these recommendations to diverse audiences.

• Capability to build effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.

• Demonstrated strength in solving technical challenges by fostering cross-team collaboration, ownership, and accountability.

• High level of agency and extreme ownership: You proactively take initiative, drive progress without waiting for direction, and accept responsibility for outcomes.
