Product Manager – Identity, Access Management, Customer Configuration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy, vision, and roadmap for identity and access management, expanding coverage from human users to AI agents while integrating auditing and security governance requirements as they develop.

• Establish and drive product requirements for AI agent identities and permissions, collaborating closely with the AI framework team to ensure that agentic systems are secure, auditable, and governed appropriately.

• Oversee the customer configuration product area, gaining insights into varied configuration needs across customer segments and creating scalable, self-service capabilities that alleviate operational burdens.

• Make evidence-driven prioritization decisions across identity, access, and configuration workstreams, estimating the effort and value of roadmap items while transparently communicating trade-offs to stakeholders.

• Define and monitor key product outcomes by implementing dashboards for real-time performance visibility and utilizing data to foster continuous improvement in security posture and customer experience.

• Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap, collaborating with your team to validate current and future value additions, drafting PRDs and specifications, and leveraging AI to expedite documentation processes.

• Cultivate long-term stakeholder relationships by implementing effective communication strategies and influencing stakeholders to drive alignment and desired outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in owning and delivering a product or a significant product feature from start to finish, preferably within an identity, security, or platform configuration domain.

• Comprehensive understanding of identity and access management concepts (RBAC, OAuth, SSO, audit logging) to make credible product decisions alongside engineering and security teams.

• Awareness of security and compliance considerations related to agentic AI systems is beneficial.

• Ability to make independent, data-informed product decisions and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships, including senior commercial and security partners.

• Background in energy, utility tech, SaaS, or platform-based product environments is advantageous.

• Familiarity with experimentation platforms and AI productivity tools is a plus.
