
Product Manager β Home Tours, Event Scheduling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Oversee the strategy and implementation of home tours and event scheduling experiences.
β’ Take ownership of the product experience for both home tours and event scheduling on web and mobile platforms.
β’ Identify and remove obstacles in the scheduling process.
β’ Develop and enhance scheduling systems, including managing availability, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling procedures.
β’ Formulate and execute a product strategy that boosts attendance rates and enhances satisfaction post-tour.
β’ Utilize data and experimentation to guide decision-making.
β’ Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and operations teams to create scalable solutions.
β’ Maintain a balance between marketplace dynamics for agents and buyers.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management.
β’ Background in marketplace, scheduling, operations-oriented, or productivity-related products.
β’ Capability to distill complexity into actionable tasks.
β’ Quick to develop expertise in relevant subject matters.
β’ Strong sense of customer empathy with the ability to listen to users effectively.
β’ Excellent communication skills to simplify complex issues.
β’ Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
