This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Overseeing event registrations and compiling reports post-event.
• Aiding in speaker coordination, preparation sessions, scheduling calendar invites, joining live sessions, and recording webinars.
• Assisting with trade show preparations, which include booth orders, shipping logistics, inventory tracking, and apparel procurement.
• Coordinating travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, and event registrations for internal team members.
• Monitoring event shipments, booth materials, and vendor communications.
• Supporting the tracking and documentation of expenses throughout the process.
• Conducting pre-event research encompassing attendee lists, prospect profiles, and competitive intelligence.
• Facilitating post-event follow-ups, including managing email campaign coordination, lead tracking, and outreach to advance conversations after events.
• Creating HubSpot contact lists.
• Assisting with CRM maintenance, ensuring data accuracy, testing website forms, and performing basic website updates.
• Updating scorecards on a weekly basis.
• Helping to create and review webinar presentations, ensuring brand consistency and design integrity.
• Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, documenting notes, and tracking action items.
• Maintaining project plans and Asana boards.
• Assisting with ad hoc projects across Marketing, Events, Sales, and Leadership.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a creative or management discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in supporting both virtual and in-person events.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Asana, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
