This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily performance metrics for the AI system, focusing on success rates, failure rates, and handoff trends—particularly after releases or the introduction of new plans.
• Leverage data to formulate and evaluate hypotheses aimed at enhancing system performance and the member experience.
• Investigate production issues and member concerns by reviewing calls directly within the AI platform, identifying root causes, and coordinating solutions.
• Conduct post-launch monitoring sessions to confirm performance and identify issues early, combining dashboard analysis with direct call evaluations.
• Gain a thorough understanding of our client's API capabilities and limitations, providing recommendations for specific enhancements needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Gather health plan SOPs from internal stakeholders and translate them into clear, AI-compatible requirements for implementation.
• Review UAT packages from the AI vendor, testing complete call flows, identifying bugs, and granting go-live authorization.
• Manage phased rollouts across health plans, monitoring readiness, dependencies, and sequencing of rollouts.
• Act as the main internal contact for AI system updates, issues, and launches, ensuring clear and tailored communication to leadership, operations, and growth teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the AI vendor, overseeing bug fixes, feature development, UAT, and execution of launches.
• Keep accurate and updated documentation of plan configurations as a reliable source for active plans, credentials, and routing logic.
• Collaborate closely with internal AI, operations, and growth teams to align priorities, support implementations, and promote the adoption of new capabilities.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or managing technically complex systems or platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools, automation systems, or vendor-provided technology platforms.
• Proficient in working with data dashboards and interpreting performance signals to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Experience in supporting launches, UAT processes, and post-launch monitoring within a production setting.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to execution, quality assurance, and rollout excellence.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and exercise sound judgment when a defined playbook is absent.
