Product Manager – Haptic Device

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete product execution process, from the design handoff to the launch and throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Lead all communications, negotiations, and documentation with manufacturing partners, independently managing the factory relationship.

• Oversee production cycles, certifications, regulatory compliance, and quality control across various markets, including China, the US, and Europe.

• Manage logistics comprehensively, from the factory to the end consumer, including direct sales and distribution partners.

• Develop and implement distribution strategies across online, retail, and direct channels.

• Coordinate inventory planning, forecasting, and supply chain efficiency, including accessories and SKU lifecycle management.

• Monitor product performance after launch (including sales, returns, defects, and customer feedback) and drive continuous improvements, including after-sales and reverse logistics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, channel readiness, and alignment on pricing and availability.

• Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions, which may require travel to key markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, preferably in launching hardware or consumer electronics products.

• Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and sales within US/EU markets.

• Proven negotiation abilities: capable of securing advantageous terms with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

• A strategic, technical, and operational thinker, adept at managing the complete product delivery process.

• Experience with documentation management, regulatory compliance, and the full product pipeline from development to delivery.

• Proficient in analyzing user feedback, returns, and post-sale data to enhance product experience.

• Excellent communicator, skilled in influencing and aligning cross-functional and multicultural teams.
