This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the Growth experimentation pipeline from conception to execution and analysis.
• Lead around 10–20 product experiments per quarter that emphasize activation, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Formulate hypotheses based on customer behavior and business metrics.
• Establish success metrics prior to launching experiments and assess outcomes utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Collaborate with an embedded data analyst to derive insights while also independently analyzing data to discover new opportunities and validate concepts.
• Convert data, customer feedback, and experimental findings into product decisions and suggestions for future roadmaps.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to conceptualize, develop, launch, and assess experiments.
• Balance quick experimentation with broader strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing long-term product growth.
• Engage regularly with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and spot new opportunities.
• Clearly communicate experiment progress, insights, and recommendations throughout the organization.
• Experience in Product Management within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of conducting multiple A/B tests or product experiments from hypothesis formulation to analysis.
• Outstanding analytical abilities and a strong enthusiasm for leveraging data to address customer challenges.
• Experience in defining success metrics, interpreting experiment outcomes, and making evidence-based product decisions.
• Competence in conducting significant product analysis independently, using customer behavior, business metrics, and product analytics.
• Strong product intuition with the capability to identify critical customer issues and suggest thoughtful solutions.
• Robust understanding of activation, onboarding, retention, engagement, or product-led growth principles.
• High levels of ownership, autonomy, and accountability.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, highly ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to articulate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with working remotely and asynchronously with distributed teams.
