Product Manager – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product growth roadmap encompassing acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization.

• Create, prioritize, and implement experiments aimed at enhancing key product and business metrics.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, data, and leadership teams to execute growth initiatives.

• Examine user behavior and product performance to uncover optimization opportunities.

• Establish product requirements, success metrics, and rollout strategies for new features.

• Enhance onboarding processes, subscription conversion, engagement loops, and user retention strategies.

• Partner with performance marketing teams to refine acquisition funnels and post-install experiences.

• Track experiment outcomes, iterate swiftly, and scale successful initiatives.

• Convey product strategy, priorities, and results across cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically in growth or consumer products.

• Proven track record in achieving measurable improvements across acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization.

• Strong analytical capabilities, enabling data-driven product decisions through experimentation.

• Experience in defining and assessing A/B tests and product experiments.

• In-depth knowledge of consumer product metrics, including activation, conversion, retention, engagement, LTV, and CAC.

• Proven experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with a strong sense of ownership.

• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance product discovery, research, documentation, or decision-making processes.

• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English.
