Product Manager, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the self-service funnel: including signup, onboarding, activation, and guiding churches in successfully receiving their initial gifts.

• Conduct experiments: formulate hypotheses, build, measure, and refine conversion and activation strategies — you thrive on data analysis.

• Manage self-service and billing: oversee processes that enable customers to effortlessly handle their accounts, plans, and payments.

• Analyze and enhance the customer journey: identify drop-off points and key moments, and implement improvements.

• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, and the activation narrative — alongside engineering and design to deliver results.

• Take responsibility for your metrics: including signup conversion, activation rate, time-to-value, and self-service retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in product management with a strong focus on growth, product-led growth (PLG), or funnel optimization — you have previously managed activation or conversion metrics.

• Authentic proficiency in data analysis and experimentation — you are adept at defining metrics and designing tests, not just reviewing dashboards.

• Keen insights into self-service user experience — you understand what drives effective onboarding and what causes user drop-off.

• Familiarity with billing and subscription processes.

• A tendency to prioritize shipping and learning over planning and debating.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
