Product Manager – Growth and Monetisation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Drive and influence essential metrics such as supply top funnel growth, posting conversion, renewals rate, seller satisfaction, and average revenue per user.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of user workflows, pain points, and motivations through qualitative research, analytics, competitor analysis, and user interviews.

• Utilize data to validate hypotheses and make knowledgeable product decisions through rigorous experimentation, data analysis, funnel diagnostics, customer interviews, and rapid iterations.

• Establish strong discovery and delivery loops by closely collaborating with engineering, design, pricing, and analytics to deliver high-quality products swiftly. Work in a truly multifunctional setup by partnering closely with commercial teams (including leadership), the central pricing team, professional monetization teams, marketing, etc., to launch high-impact features.

• Employ AI prototyping tools to test initial ideas, optimize workflows, and enhance learning.

• Balance immediate victories with long-term strategy, continually enhancing both the consumer selling experience and monetization opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, excelling and creating exceptional consumer product experiences as a senior/lead product manager, at a high-traffic Internet or e-commerce firm.

• You have a track record of delivering significant features at scale that lead to substantial changes in key metrics.

• You are committed to understanding and delighting your users.

• You are skilled in data-driven product development and effectively applying A/B testing, user research, conversion optimization, user testing, data analysis, competitor, and market analysis in your decision-making process.

• You take full end-to-end responsibility for your product, including hands-on work. You will work independently with support and coaching from the Head of Product, to whom you will report.

• You value collaboration and promote diverse and inclusive teams.

• You possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

• Proficiency in English is required.
