Product Manager, Geo Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize global markets based on potential volume and ease of entry by combining market research with business insight.

• Outline the comprehensive scope of product modifications required, including local compliance, payment methods, language/UX localization, and regulatory obligations.

• Serve as the primary coordinator across legal, finance, product, and go-to-market teams, translating the scope into actionable delivery by aligning various teams around a unified timeline.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners responsible for execution; your role is to facilitate and remove obstacles, not to disengage after the scoping phase.

• Manage the launch process from start to finish — from market selection to going live — and monitor results after the launch.

• Report progress, risks, and insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager with a history of successful delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Strong focus on delivery: you ensure tasks are completed, commitments are met, and you view alignment challenges as your responsibility to resolve.

• Experience in both large organizations (with structure, processes, and scale) and small/startup environments (characterized by speed, ambiguity, and hands-on tasks).

• Previous experience in product localization, internationalization, or multi-market expansion.

• Ability to work effectively without a dedicated development team — you lead by influencing shared resources.

• Experience working alongside go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success).

• Proficient in English (C1+) and Russian.
