Product Manager, Gene to Protein Lab Essentials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Comprehend customer requirements and workflows related to bioassays, functional assays, reagent-based assays, and other relevant application domains.

• Execute voice-of-customer interviews with stakeholders from biopharma, CROs, academia, and assay development firms.

• Evaluate market trends, customer segments, competitive landscapes, pricing structures, and application needs.

• Aid in product positioning, messaging, value proposition development, and differentiation strategies.

• Collaborate across various functions, including R&D, sales, marketing, and regional teams, to convert market demands into product and commercial strategies.

• Create go-to-market materials, sales resources, customer-facing documentation, and launch support strategies.

• Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs), major accounts, and partnership opportunities to facilitate market growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, market development, or business development within life sciences tools, reagents, assays, or biotech solutions.

• Knowledge of bioassay workflows, reagent-based assays, cell-based assays, reporter systems, or plate-based detection technologies.

• Proficiency in VOC, market analysis, competitive evaluation, product positioning, launch planning, and sales enablement.

• Strong commercial acumen with the capability to convert customer needs into practical product and marketing strategies.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
