Product Manager – Funding, FIDCs and Fixed Income

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evolve the ecosystem: Spearhead the strategy and product roadmap regarding the company’s credit funding, focusing on both partner integrations and the user experience.

• Act as the link between areas: Collaborate closely with the Credit, Treasury, Legal, and Engineering teams.

• Look outward: Maintain a curious mindset to comprehend how the market (fintechs and other financial institutions) is positioning itself and identify best practices to adopt.

• Understanding of impact and spread: Possess the ability to understand and reconcile funding cost objectives with the profitability of the credit portfolio.

• Data-driven decisions: Make informed decisions grounded in data and concrete facts, establishing and monitoring product metrics.

• Collaboration: Partner with design, treasury, growth, software engineering, and data engineering teams.

• Deliver value: Gain a deep understanding of both internal and end customers to offer optimal solutions, accurately prioritizing initiatives that yield the most value for the company.

• Technical liaison: Manage integrations between internal systems and external vendors, requiring a solid grasp of technical concepts and comfort with APIs.

• Investigative curiosity: Be adept in investigations, reconciliations, and data analysis, with the capability to identify discrepancies and opportunities.

• Leadership by influence: Drive teams and stakeholders towards a shared objective without needing to be the direct manager. Contribute to the product’s strategic vision by setting objectives based on business interests, market timing, and customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• FIDC management: Proven experience in financial institutions managing or leading FIDC management systems.

• Fixed Income: Extensive knowledge of fixed income products, particularly CDBs.

• Experience with management systems for these asset classes.

• End-customer offering journeys.

• Regulatory reporting (BACEN/CVM).

• Audit trails for investment products.

• Metrics and KPIs: Familiarity with key metrics utilized in the funding context.

• Technical skills: Proficient in APIs (Swagger, JSON, PostMan) and data analysis (SQL, DataBricks).

• Regulatory knowledge: Comprehension of regulatory requirements governing funding models through FIDC and fixed income, especially CDBs.

• Testing methodologies: Capability to execute A/B tests in fixed income product offering flows.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
