Product Manager – Finance Super App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product domains within insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or various other financial services.

• Identify user challenges, outline product scope, establish success metrics, and create roadmaps and launch strategies.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.

• Simplify intricate financial products into user-friendly customer experiences.

• Utilize data, user feedback, research, and production challenges to enhance product decisions.

• Release features, track performance, and drive continuous improvements.

• Balance considerations of speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or a comparable role.

• Strong product intuition and a knack for distilling complex workflows.

• Capability to collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver tangible products.

• Proficient with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch evaluations.

• Excellent writing skills, prioritization abilities, and stakeholder management.

• High level of ownership and the ability to manage projects with minimal guidance.

• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or rapidly growing products is a significant advantage.
