This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Take ownership of a product area from beginning to end, engaging directly with enterprise customers, SEs, TAMs, and engineering teams to pinpoint valuable problems and deliver impactful solutions.
• Conduct customer and market discovery through direct user interactions, Proof of Value cycles, competitive assessments, and close cooperation with the GTM team.
• Actively integrate AI tools and LLMs into your daily tasks for synthesizing discoveries, drafting specifications, conducting competitive research, summarizing customer interviews, and recognizing patterns within data.
• Establish and monitor product metrics that represent genuine customer outcomes, utilizing tools such as PostHog and control-plane usage data to guide prioritization and validate decisions.
• Produce clear and organized product narratives—PR/FAQs, one-pagers, feature briefs—that align engineering, design, and stakeholders with a common understanding of our objectives and rationale.
• Collaborate across departmental lines, including product, engineering, design, sales, and support, to facilitate prioritization decisions and remove obstacles to execution.
• Identify and spearhead process enhancements within the Product Management team, contributing to elevated standards across the broader organization.
• Demonstrated experience managing B2B software products in a cloud-native environment, with a strong understanding of Kubernetes, including node lifecycle, autoscaling, and cloud infrastructure economics, beyond just the PM layer.
• Kubernetes certification (CKA preferred)—either currently held or to be completed within your first 6 months.
• Proven application of AI tools—LLMs, coding assistants, or agentic workflows—to expedite product development; while coding skills are not necessary, familiarity with AI to shorten research, documentation, and decision-making cycles is expected.
• Practical experience in defining and tracking product metrics in B2B SaaS settings, with the capability to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional writing skills—able to convey complex technical capabilities through formats like PR/FAQ, making their value clear to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers—comfortable conducting discovery interviews and translating vague customer feedback into precise product requirements.
• Understanding of contemporary product management practices with a focus on outcome-driven, evidence-based decision-making.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience in a technical field.
