Product Manager – ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial conception through to launch and subsequent enhancements;

• Comprehend both business and user requirements, converting requests into prioritized functional specifications;

• Spearhead ERP enhancement and innovation projects, guaranteeing that deliveries generate genuine value for both customers and the organization;

• Work in partnership with business units to ensure strategic alignment and accurate delivery of projects;

• Track product key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend ongoing improvements based on analytics;

• Assist the development team in defining scope, constructing the roadmap, and prioritizing features;

• Facilitate agile ceremonies—including planning, refinements, and reviews—to ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment.

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager for ERP solutions;

• Strong analytical skills and a clear product vision;

• Capability to thrive in environments with multidisciplinary teams;

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• **Differentials:**

• Background in tax or fiscal compliance projects within ERP systems;

• Familiarity with ERP integration with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or CRM systems;

• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
