Product Manager – Electron

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the planning, functional enhancement, and version updates of the independent PC client application, aiming to elevate the product to the leading position in the industry.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of usage scenarios, behavioral patterns, and essential needs of professional traders, with particular emphasis on the experiences and feedback from high-value users.

• Develop product optimization strategies informed by market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to boost product competitiveness within the professional trading sector.

• Collaborate with design, R&D, testing, operations, and relevant product teams to facilitate the execution of complex requirements and align resources across various business lines.

• Utilize AI tools to create high-quality PRD, flowcharts, prototypes, functional specifications, and launch plans to ensure swift deliveries and timely iterations.

• Monitor product data, user feedback, and online issues, continuously refining product experience and enhancing stability, usability, and professionalism.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferred majors include Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.

• Over 5 years of experience as a product manager; experience in trading, fintech, securities firms, trading systems, or professional financial tools is advantageous.

• Profound understanding of trading product logic, with familiarity regarding the core needs, usage habits, and typical scenarios of professional trading users.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with overseas partners and stakeholders.

• Strong ownership mentality, capable of proactively connecting cross-business lines and driving complex projects to achieve results.
