This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establishes and upholds department processes and best practices among team members.
• Ensures that team members possess the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to fulfill their assigned tasks.
• Responsible for measuring the productivity of both individual team members and the team as a whole.
• Conducts ongoing career development and performance evaluations for team members, along with the annual performance review process.
• Manages the 12-month prioritized product roadmap and the associated feature-level backlog.
• Aligns the team to achieve high-value business outcomes.
• Investigates and identifies emerging market and technology trends to shape the market roadmap and foster innovation and differentiation.
• Utilizes data to validate the prioritization of the roadmap and proposed solution developments.
• Implements AI-assisted tools and techniques throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including discovery, research synthesis, opportunity sizing, roadmap planning, prototyping, and delivery to enhance product quality and accelerate value realization.
• Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to synchronize with transparent strategic long-term roadmaps and ensure the delivery of aligned product outcomes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, including ownership of a product roadmap and driving Agile processes.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Business insight to recognize opportunities, facilitate strategic planning, and utilize data and storytelling to influence decisions.
• Capability to balance immediate needs with long-term strategic goals.
• Strong relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and scrum team members.
• Outstanding communication abilities (verbal and written) across all levels of the organization.
• Experience overseeing all or some phases of the product development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working on an agile team.
• Prior experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) is highly preferred.
