Product Manager – Early Careers Programme

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with seasoned product managers to facilitate ongoing discovery, perform user research, analyze data, and establish clear problem statements.

• Interact directly with our users, including the professionals managing their businesses and those booking services, to collect feedback and validate hypotheses.

• Work in close partnership with engineers, designers, and data scientists to convert user needs into product requirements and roadmaps.

• Assist throughout the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring we deliver features that delight our users.

• Be a vital contributor in an environment that promotes continuous learning, curiosity, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

• Proactively experiment with and advocate for the use of AI tools to enhance customer experience, optimize workflows, and accelerate the delivery process from concept to launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Up to one year of commercial experience in Product Management or a related role in the tech sector (regardless of your overall professional background).

• A strong enthusiasm for creating excellent products and familiarity with the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini) to improve personal efficiency and research capabilities, while maintaining a critical perspective on quality, bias, and accuracy.

• Willingness and readiness to engage with our users in person or through video calls to understand their needs and test your assumptions.

• A natural curiosity and a "customer-first" mindset. You’re not just focused on building features; you're committed to solving problems.

• Proficiency in English.
