This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.
• Take charge of the product roadmap and execution for CPQ functionalities, which encompass configuration, pricing, quoting, and order submission.
• Design digital experiences that cater to various personas, including internal sales teams, partners, and customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel, Finance, and Operations to ensure CPQ workflows are aligned with pricing, approvals, and contract specifications.
• Lead the automation and simplification of outdated quoting and ordering procedures.
• Work alongside UX/UI and engineering teams in an agile setting to create user-centered solutions.
• Draft precise requirements, oversee backlog prioritization, and engage in sprint planning and execution.
• Collect feedback through collaboration with stakeholders and customer exploration to foster continuous enhancement.
• Proven experience in product management for digital platforms or software applications.
• Knowledge of quoting, ordering, and service delivery workflows.
• Experience in cross-functional, agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to influence and align various stakeholders.
• Self-driven attitude with the ability to navigate through ambiguity and change.
• Product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic or similar) (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MURAL, or Figma (Nice to Have).
