Product Manager, Developer, AI Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy for this market: identify our target audience, the issues we address, and our unique value proposition.

• Lead the exploration of market and customer needs by engaging with developers, engineering leaders, and security teams to uncover genuine insights.

• Validate hypotheses regarding buyers, pricing, and product packaging — and iterate quickly.

• Develop and manage the product roadmap, converting customer insights into a prioritized task list.

• Collaborate with sales and leadership to define the go-to-market strategy: positioning, pricing, and the sales approach for a new buyer segment.

• Establish success metrics and monitor the indicators that confirm our market strategy is effective.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in product management, particularly with 0-to-1 or early-market exposure.

• Experience in a developer security, DevSecOps, or cloud security organization (such as Snyk, Wiz, GitHub, GitLab, Aqua, Sysdig, or similar).

• A hands-on development background — comfortable utilizing the product in Windows/Mac/Linux environments.

• Proven track record in authentic customer discovery, rather than merely validating assumptions.

• Familiarity with pricing strategies, product packaging, and business model considerations.

• Ability to partner with sales and leadership on go-to-market strategies, rather than simply providing a roadmap.
