This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the product roadmap for one or more data feeds.
• Establish the product vision and overall strategy.
• Convert business objectives into a technical roadmap.
• Contribute to the long-term strategy of the feed portfolio.
• Share accountability for Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Conduct comprehensive customer and market research.
• Aid in decisions regarding pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with Engineering on the technical approach.
• Work closely with Quant researchers.
• Partner with Product Specialists.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team.
• Coordinate efforts with Feed Operations.
• Hold product-side accountability for data quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams on Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks.
• Define and manage processes for incident communication.
• Oversee the end-to-end client delivery experience.
• Collaborate with product marketing on centralized documentation.
• Contribute to the assessment and management of additional data vendor relationships.
• Work alongside data sourcing teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate change effectively.
• Solid analytical skills with practical experience in data handling.
• Experience in managing a product's P&L or demonstrable commercial accountability.
• Familiarity with buy-side, quantitative, and systematic investor use cases.
• Experience with alternative data products or the alternative data ecosystem.
• Exposure to data delivery infrastructure, including APIs, flat files, cloud storage, and portal-based delivery.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Jira, and Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in managing or collaborating on third-party data vendor relationships.
• Background in data quality, QA systems, or data operations.
