This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Establish and lead a roadmap aimed at significantly decreasing integration time, defects, and escalations.
• Enhance the accuracy of key tracking processes (search → PDP → conversion, sponsored click tracking, etc.) by minimizing common failure points and incorporating robust validation and diagnostics.
• Develop and refine validation and debugging tools that enable customers, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams to self-serve more efficiently.
• Set clear support and capability boundaries to mitigate high-visibility escalations and enhance customer predictability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Solutions/Customer Success, and other Product teams to sequence work, mitigate launch risks, and ensure new features are ready for integration upon release.
• Establish and report a CDX+CDI KPI stack (time-to-first-value, adoption, defect rate, escalation volume, document findability) and drive ongoing improvements.
• 3+ years of product management experience in launching developer-oriented or integration-centric products — including SDKs, APIs, web tracking/instrumentation, data pipelines, or developer tools.
• Proven ability to decrease time-to-value or simplify integration in a B2B SaaS setting — demonstrating concrete, measurable results.
• Technical proficiency adequate to credibly discuss event flows, browser/web limitations, attribution, versioning, breaking changes, and rollout risks — without needing to be an engineer.
• History of effective cross-functional collaboration: aligning Engineering, Customer Success, Solutions, and other Product teams on priorities and support boundaries.
• Comfort in defining metrics and making decisions based on incomplete data; experience in building and reporting product health dashboards.
• Excellent written communication skills — producing clear specifications, integration guides, capability documents, and stakeholder updates.
• Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees to take at least 3 weeks per year.
• A competitive compensation package that includes stock options.
• Fully remote team - you can choose where you live.
• Work from home stipend! We want to ensure you have the resources needed to establish your home office.
• Apple laptops are provided for new employees.
• Annual training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year.
• Maternity & Paternity leave for eligible employees.
• Collaborate with intelligent individuals who will assist you in growing and making a meaningful impact.
• Company-sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for the employee).
