This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new data sources, files, feeds, or partners.
• Analyze and interpret the formats, schemas, and business requirements of source data.
• Align incoming data with internal data models while ensuring compliance with transformation rules.
• Verify data quality, completeness, and consistency during the onboarding phase.
• Address issues related to data delivery, parsing, formatting, or integration.
• Collaborate with teams from engineering, product, operations, and clients.
• Clarify dependencies and resolve inquiries.
• Document onboarding processes, data definitions, validation rules, and exceptions.
• Monitor onboarding progress, risks, and timelines until completion.
• Ensure timely onboarding of data sources that meet quality and completeness standards.
• Minimize onboarding errors and rework cycles.
• Promote clear documentation, seamless transitions, and prompt communication with partners.
• A Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data operations, integration, implementation, or technical support.
• Proficiency in structured data formats (CSV, JSON, XML, flat files).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple onboarding tasks and deadlines concurrently.
• Keen attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes, SQL, Python, or data quality tools.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS.
• Experience with API-based integrations and secure file transfer techniques.
• Knowledge of healthcare, financial, or regulated data environments.
• Background in metadata management, data governance, or schema mapping.
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence.
• No security clearance is necessary.
• US citizenship is not a requirement.
