Customer Success Onboarding Specialist – Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Ensure the success of Canopy Connect's agency clients with the product.

• Assist clients in expanding their businesses by facilitating the sale of more premium products with reduced effort.

• Implement sales enablement software for agency clients.

• Conduct software demonstrations and training sessions in a high-volume setting.

• Provide online training to groups of up to 50 participants.

• Consult with clients from diverse technical backgrounds.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing sales enablement software within professional service industries (e.g., insurance, wealth planning, accounting, etc.).

• Proven capability to engage with clients from various technical backgrounds.

• Experience in delivering software demonstrations and training in a high-volume environment.

• Familiarity with conducting online training sessions for groups of up to 50 individuals.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to different platforms (e.g., CRM, AMS, Raters).

• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
