This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create an onboarding experience for practices that includes user-friendly dashboards, readiness checklists, and status trackers, providing clinics with real-time insights into their migration process.
• Oversee the complete vision and implementation of technical customer onboarding, simplifying a complex medical record data conversion into a secure and predictable experience.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design internal tools and scalable infrastructure that facilitate high-volume data extractions and cloud transformations from outdated software.
• Proactively integrate AI tools into daily workflows to boost productivity, enhance decision-making, and amplify team effectiveness.
• Work with lifecycle marketing and customer success teams to create multi-channel touchpoints that assist clinics during pre-migration setups and promote feature adoption post-launch.
• Establish comprehensive product analytics and data tracking to effectively measure migration speed, identify user friction points, and continuously refine the onboarding process.
• Keep detailed technical documentation and clearly articulate product requirements, milestones, and strategic metrics to stakeholders across different functions.
• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in a rapidly growing startup, ideally in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market (GTM) teams to convert technical challenges into seamless product solutions.
• Profound understanding of leveraging AI tools as a co-pilot to expedite development and enhance workflow efficiency, while still engaging in deep problem-solving.
• Technical inquisitiveness and analytical skills, with practical experience in using data tracking and product analytics tools to guide roadmap decisions.
• A strong ownership mentality—showing high adaptability, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive approach in a dynamic environment.
• Prior Experience: A solid background in managing complex data migrations, ETL processes, or technical data transformations from legacy systems is highly advantageous. Experience in Growth Product Management (monetization/adoption) or within the healthcare/dental IT sector is also strongly preferred.
