This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Roadmap Execution & Delivery: Collaborate closely with the Director of Product and our senior PM to implement the product line roadmap.
• Own daily execution: manage discovery, story creation, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, and validation.
• Deliver high-quality products on schedule.
• Resident Experience Mindset: Infuse a consumer-PM perspective into your work—prioritize UX quality, engagement, friction reduction, and behavior transformation.
• Ensure the resident experience is maintained while providing necessary features for municipal buyers (configurability, reporting, compliance).
• Cross-Product Collaboration: Engage in integration tasks between Customer Engagement and the wider Routeware platform.
• Collaborate with PMs on related product lines as we aim for a more cohesive portfolio.
• Distributed Delivery & Engineering Partnership: Work efficiently with a distributed engineering team, including offshore developers.
• Create specifications that are clear and do not necessitate hallway conversations for interpretation.
• Conduct sprint ceremonies in a manner conducive to asynchronous collaboration.
• AI Feature Delivery: Assist in identifying, scoping, and launching AI-driven functionalities in the resident journey—such as enhanced search, conversational sorting guidance, personalized education, and contamination reduction.
• Launch & Adoption: Collaborate with Marketing, CS, and Support on go-to-market strategies—ensuring release readiness, internal training, customer communications, and tracking adoption post-launch.
• Voice of Customer & Measurement: Maintain close ties with Support and Customer Success—manage escalations, relay real-world feedback into the roadmap, and monitor KPIs relevant to your scope (adoption, engagement, educational effectiveness).
• Proven experience in launching consumer-facing or resident-facing products—not limited to internal B2B tools.
• Knowledge of engagement, retention, and design principles for non-expert end users.
• 2–3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership in SaaS, with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies: backlog management, story creation, sprint planning, and prioritization frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore engineering teams, or strong evidence of written clarity and asynchronous practices that facilitate success.
• Keen analytical skills—proficient in product analytics, experimentation, and metrics-driven prioritization.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered product features and the discernment to identify where they provide genuine value versus being excessive.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of bridging the gap between municipal customers, internal teams, and executives.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and a product analytics tool (such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical with HSA option, vision, dental, and life insurance.
• Paid parental leave.
• Medical and Dependent FSA.
• 401K matching.
• Unlimited paid time off (PTO).
• Ten company holidays.
• One volunteer day.
• Summer Fridays.
