Product Manager – Customer Configuration, Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy, vision, and roadmap for customer configuration and onboarding, enhancing self-service functionalities to assist both human users and AI agents in setting up their environments.

• Establish and drive product requirements for customer configuration and onboarding, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure systems remain secure and maintainable.

• Lead the customer configuration product area by understanding the diverse configuration needs across customer segments and developing scalable, self-service capabilities that alleviate operational burdens.

• Make prioritization decisions based on evidence across configuration workstreams, estimating the effort and value of roadmap items while transparently communicating trade-offs with stakeholders.

• Define and monitor key product outcomes by implementing dashboards for real-time performance visibility and leveraging data to promote continuous improvement in system reliability and customer experience.

• Create and uphold a prioritized roadmap, collaborating with your team to validate what delivers value now and in the future, drafting PRDs and specifications while utilizing AI to expedite documentation.

• Foster long-term relationships with stakeholders, executing communication strategies and effectively influencing to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in owning and delivering a product or significant product feature from inception to completion, preferably in a platform configuration domain and customer onboarding.

• Capability to make independent, data-driven product decisions and convey them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in managing complex relationships with stakeholders, including senior commercial and implementation partners.

• Background in energy, utility tech, SaaS, or platform-based product environments is a plus.

• Familiarity with experimentation platforms and AI productivity tools is an advantage.
