This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the funnel: Manage the entire growth card funnel, becoming the primary expert on its performance, levers, and opportunities as it advances toward Tilt's next growth phase.
• Utilize data insights: Leverage data and analysis to determine investment areas — from funnel optimization to new product features to SEO/AEO — highlight the challenges users face, and analyze outcomes over time to evaluate effectiveness.
• Advocate for experimentation: Lead an ambitious testing agenda — designing, executing, and tracking experiments that significantly enhance acquisition efforts.
• Facilitate execution: Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to swiftly transition from concept to deployed feature, taking ownership of results at every stage.
• Partner on innovative avenues: Work alongside credit and marketing to introduce new acquisition channels, unique product terms, underwriting policies, and cutting-edge end-to-end user experiences.
• Broaden your influence: Engage in high-priority initiatives across the Card business beyond growth, from customer management to other emerging priorities, expanding your impact as the needs of Tilt users evolve.
• 3-4+ years of experience in product management or management consulting/investment banking, preferably within technology startups and/or financial services sectors.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an analytical or technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Economics).
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with consistently defining and measuring goals; proficiency in SQL is required, with a preference for experience in Python and/or analytical tools such as Amplitude and Tableau.
• Demonstrated customer empathy and experience in shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs.
• A proactive, get-it-done attitude; resourceful and willing to be hands-on and detail-oriented.
• A keen interest in tackling complex and impactful product and business challenges.
• Proven experience in delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and logical structuring skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity; ability to independently develop and test clear hypotheses and solve problems without well-defined guidance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Virtual-first teamwork: The Tilt team collaborates across 14 countries, 12 time zones, and counting. You’ll receive a WFH office reimbursement to get you started.
• Competitive pay: We value potential, reflected in our competitive compensation packages and generous equity offerings.
• Comprehensive support: Access flexible health plans at every premium level, along with substantial subsidies that meet global standards.
• Visibility is assured: You can expect direct exposure to our leadership team — we foster an environment where good ideas spread rapidly.
• Paid global onsites: Real connections happen in person; we gather twice a year for shared meals or kayaking adventures. (Previous locations include Vail, San Diego, and Mexico City, among others.)
• Contributions are acknowledged: Opportunities for growth align with your contributions, rather than rigid promotion timelines.
