Product Manager, Core Products – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for your area, ensuring clear priorities and justifications for each decision.

• Oversee the complete process from discovery to launch, including post-launch validation.

• Create specifications that engineering teams can utilize, encompassing detailed requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Ensure alignment among stakeholders by keeping Engineering, GTM, Support, and leadership informed and coordinated.

• Monitor domain health through product metrics, reliability indicators, and finding the right balance between introducing new features, conducting experiments, and maintaining technical sustainability.

• Define and take ownership of your domain's quarterly objectives and success metrics.

• Conduct structured discovery through customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel reviews, and data exploration.

• Produce engineering-ready specifications that are clear, cover edge cases, and leave no open questions.

• Collaborate directly with the PM Growth team on experiment design and rapid delivery.

• Work alongside GTM (Sales, CSM, PMM) to address enterprise-critical challenges and translate client requirements into scalable product enhancements.

• Monitor product health and understand the factors behind changes, providing clear attribution and causal reasoning.

• Leverage AI as a standard tool across research, analysis, specification writing, and communication.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise context.

• Demonstrated capability to manage a product area from start to finish, taking accountability for outcomes rather than merely tasks.

• Proven track record of delivering complex features in high-pressure environments while maintaining quality standards.

• Proficient in writing specifications that engineers can build upon—detailed, with edge cases and acceptance criteria included.

• Strong data fluency: able to define metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions.

• Systems thinking: able to view the product holistically, recognizing dependencies and anticipating the consequences of decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and the ability to work within a Russian-speaking team.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change and ambiguity is prevalent.
