Product Manager, Core Products – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Establish and take ownership of your domain's quarterly objectives and success indicators.

• Conduct structured discovery processes, including customer interviews, behavioral analyses, funnel assessments, and data investigations.

• Draft engineering-ready specifications that are clear, comprehensive, and address all edge cases without leaving any questions unresolved.

• Collaborate closely with the PM Growth team on experiment design and expedite delivery.

• Work alongside GTM teams (Sales, CSM, PMM) to tackle enterprise-critical challenges and convert client requirements into scalable product enhancements.

• Monitor product performance and grasp the factors influencing changes, ensuring clear attribution and causal analysis.

• Leverage AI as a standard tool in research, analysis, specification writing, and communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise setting.

• Demonstrated capability to manage a product area from start to finish; you take accountability for results rather than just tasks.

• Proven track record of delivering complex features in high-pressure situations without compromising quality.

• Proficient in writing specifications that engineers can effectively utilize, including precise edge cases and acceptance criteria.

• Strong data fluency: you define metrics, analyze outcomes, and make evidence-based decisions.

• Systems thinking: you view the product holistically, comprehend dependencies, and foresee the consequences of decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1), with the ability to collaborate in a Russian-speaking environment.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities may change and ambiguity is commonplace.
