Product Manager – Core Design Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete design and generation experience from start to finish.

• Assist hesitant, non-technical fashion designers in achieving a successful initial session experience.

• Establish criteria for what defines quality output for users.

• Develop evaluation methodologies to assess product enhancements.

• Design with trust in mind, ensuring that non-technical users know when to depend on the model.

• Balance the requirements of everyday creatives alongside enterprise purchasers.

• Conduct user interviews, perform competitive analyses, and engage in extensive product testing.

• Transform research findings into swift product launches.

• Take ownership of activation and enhance the generative design workflow.

• Collaborate within a small, high-responsibility team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management.

• Successfully launched significant products from inception to completion with measurable results.

• Possess a product sense that merges aesthetic appreciation with workflow understanding.

• Strong systems thinking ability.

• Capacity for first-principles reasoning.

• Proficient in, or a quick learner of, probabilistic systems.

• Demonstrate resilience and creativity when faced with real constraints.

• Familiarity with using ChatGPT, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Town, or similar AI prototyping and productivity tools.

• Data-driven mindset, capable of defining product metrics and utilizing both quantitative and qualitative evidence.

• Comfortable with Amplitude.

• Bonus: direct experience in launching generative-AI or machine learning-powered products.

• Bonus: background in or a genuine curiosity for fashion, design, or creative tools.

• Bonus: experience with enterprise/B2B products where the buyer and everyday user have differing needs.
