Product Manager – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively with our clients to develop and design an extensive digital strategy, then guide our teams in executing it.

• Serve as the cross-functional product lead among distributed product team members from our delivery centers located in the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.

• Partner with engineering leads to oversee the overall progress of projects and resource utilization, initiating corrective actions as necessary.

• Guide the team in progressively implementing a short-term plan by prioritizing and organizing the content and timeline for releases.

• Establish the product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments, acting as the primary expert for the product.

• Make effective prioritization trade-offs while adhering to product goals.

• Communicate plans, priorities, and statuses to clients, team members, and internal management as appropriate.

• Measure and enhance the business and customer value delivered, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), continuously monitor progress, and report on milestones and deliverables.

• Stay highly informed about industry issues and trends, particularly regarding accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, to incorporate these into future projects and maintain a competitive edge.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Management role.

• At least 4 years of consulting experience.

• Proficiency in managing complex digital products, business logic, processes, and a diverse range of clients.

• Experience in organizational leadership, including the ability to influence teams and executive leaders.

• A proven track record in problem-solving and a proactive, “roll up your sleeves” approach.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to see the larger picture amidst details.

• Experience collaborating with global teams is essential.

• Highly culturally aware.

• Strong in User Research; advocating for users’ needs throughout the customer experience and facilitating workshops.

• A relationship builder who is highly empathetic and collaborative, capable of engaging with senior-level stakeholders to drive decisions.

• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies to develop top-tier products.
