Product Manager – Connectivity Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the vision and roadmap for GTT's connectivity services portfolio.

• Foster innovation in pricing, technology, packaging, and automation to enhance both customer and employee experiences.

• Lead cross-functional teamwork to ensure successful product launches and ongoing enhancements.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

• Interact with customers, industry analysts, and at events to represent GTT and gather valuable insights.

• Maintain a customer-focused approach by utilizing market research, feedback, and data to inform decision-making.

• Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to uphold a strong market presence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Product Management within a global telecom or managed services environment.

• Comprehensive knowledge of DIA, IP Transit, WAN services, broadband, and wireline access technologies.

• Familiarity with NaaS frameworks and multinational enterprise networking settings.

• Ability to engage confidently with C-suite stakeholders in global enterprises.

• Strategic mindset accompanied by excellent communication and influencing abilities.

• Relevant networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCIE).

• Product Management certifications or formal training is preferred.
