This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and implement the roadmap for the compliance portfolio, harmonizing customer requirements, platform investments, and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across various locations to provide scalable, impactful solutions.
• Create cohesive experiences that integrate compliance and related product areas, ensuring that researchers and administrators benefit from a seamless end-to-end workflow.
• Conduct customer discovery and stakeholder research to validate assumptions and uncover insights.
• Employ a data-driven methodology to prioritize initiatives, define success metrics, and evaluate outcomes.
• Work alongside sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure go-to-market readiness and continuous product alignment.
• Assume complete ownership of your product area — from strategy formulation to delivery, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the overall product strategy in line with company objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B product management, with a focus on Enterprise SaaS being essential.
• Experience in platform migration is necessary. You have successfully transitioned customers from one product to another, unified multiple products into a single platform, or led a major platform modernization effort. You comprehend the customer, commercial, and technical aspects of this process.
• Proficient use of AI tools. You leverage AI to enhance your work: in areas such as discovery synthesis, PRD drafting, competitive analysis, and data exploration, and you have insights on AI’s role within the product, including workflow automation and user-facing intelligence.
• Experienced in working within Agile environments across distributed teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams.
• Highly inquisitive and analytical, with a strong capability to translate user and business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty, making decisions with incomplete data, and propelling projects forward.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to lead customer calls or team sprint reviews with equal assurance.
