This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the product organization’s engagement in cloud financial operations, encompassing the analysis and reconciliation of usage, discounts, credits, support charges, and billing exceptions across provider data, internal billing systems, and customer-facing outputs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Billing, Connectivity, and strategic vendors to enhance forecasting, purchasing, invoicing, escalation management, credit reconciliation, reporting, and overall billing accuracy while minimizing manual exceptions and process disruptions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on cloud commercial constructs, payer-account implications, vendor licensing mechanics, and committed-consumption frameworks, and understand how these elements impact product, interoperability, reporting, and monetization.
• Define and refine 11:11’s managed public cloud services, including service scope, support boundaries, commercial alignment, packaging, and integration within the broader product and services portfolio.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, adhering to 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values. Responsibly receive, transmit, and manage company data and information in accordance with Company data handling agreements, work procedures, and policies.
• Review and comply with company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable role within cloud, managed services, infrastructure, or technology services environments.
• Extensive knowledge of public cloud billing mechanisms and terminology, particularly AWS, alongside familiarity with Azure billing, account structures, support models, commercial constructs, and cloud commerce frameworks.
• Strong comprehension of how commercial, support, licensing, and interoperability requirements influence product packaging, monetization, operational workflows, and customer experience.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to drive coordinated outcomes across Finance, Procurement, Billing Operations, Engineering, Service Delivery, Operations, Connectivity, Sales, and customer-facing teams.
• Familiarity with managed services concepts, including service scope definition, support boundaries, operational readiness, and delivering resilient, supportable services at scale is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• The Role: 11:11 is in search of a Product Manager to guide the product organization’s contribution to our public cloud and strategic vendor ecosystem.
• Strong product leadership, comprehensive knowledge of public cloud billing and vendor commercial constructs, and the ability to convert complex provider and partner requirements into scalable product and operational outcomes.
• Full-time, remote position, based in the United States, reporting to the VP, Product Management.
