Product Manager – Clinician Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive roadmap for the Clinician Performance product portfolio

• Lead the product strategy for features powered by AI

• Establish and uphold a thorough method for A/B testing and experimentation

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to launch new features

• Coordinate efforts across a diverse stakeholder landscape

• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that link product decisions to business results

• Conduct discovery sessions with clinicians and operations managers

• Utilize AI tools within your workflow

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent blend of training and experience

• 4–7 years of experience in product management

• Experience in gamified or performance-driven SaaS environments

• Proficient in operating within an AI-enhanced setting

• Practical experience in designing and evaluating A/B experiments

• Capability to manage ambiguity and complex stakeholder dynamics

• Strong orientation towards data

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
