This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Take ownership of the product direction for Client Config Hub, transforming it into a robust capability that effectively addresses real operational and business challenges.
• Develop and enhance the roadmap, establish priorities, and sequence tasks for CCH based on outcomes, evidence, constraints, and insights from stakeholders.
• Identify the most valuable problems to address in onboarding, setup, and client changes, converting them into product strategies, decisions, and delivery focuses.
• Contribute to a product vision that enhances current internal workflows while laying a solid foundation for future scalability, reuse, and self-service capabilities.
• Guide teams to prioritize outcomes over mere outputs, ensuring that delivery is aligned with significant user, operational, and business impacts.
• Collect information, feedback, and constraints from colleagues across product, implementation, operations, engineering, platform, and other business functions.
• Clearly and credibly communicate strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and progress to the relevant stakeholders.
• Foster alignment and secure support across dependent teams, particularly in areas where success hinges on efforts outside your direct influence.
• Collaborate closely with other Product Managers to maintain alignment of dependent capabilities and cross-team delivery with CCH priorities.
• Work in tandem with engineering to ensure product decisions are well-defined, priorities remain coherent, and delivery is linked to meaningful outcomes.
• Specify and clarify requirements, workflows, user stories, and success criteria that empower teams to proceed with confidence.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and decision gaps early and take the initiative to drive them toward resolution.
• Extensive experience in product management, particularly in platform, workflow, operational, or other complex B2B software environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a roadmap and achieve product outcomes in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the capacity to influence peer teams and secure support without direct authority.
• Sound product judgment, with the ability to make prioritization decisions in uncertain or evolving problem areas.
• Proficient discovery and problem-solving skills, with the capability to comprehend complex workflows, identify the right issues, and devise practical solutions.
• Experience working on products with numerous dependencies, governance requirements, or cross-team delivery challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities, with a knack for transforming complex inputs into clear product direction.
• Familiarity with product and delivery tools such as Jira, Productboard, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with technical teams and understanding system, workflow, and integration constraints.
• Strong practical application of AI in product work is expected; demonstrate how you utilize AI to enhance research, synthesis, prioritization, communication, and execution quality.
• Experience in regulated industries or similarly high-complexity operational environments is highly preferred.
• Experience in payments, issuer processing, onboarding, or related domains is a significant advantage.
